Ground Floor

Sycamore House is newly built and has been designed to accommodate the needs of our guests, while capturing the glorious views of the Burren and Galway Bay.

Kitchen

As this house was designed with self-catering in mind the large kitchen-dining area is the heart of the house. This area along with the living room and utility is set on a lower level to the bedrooms.

The kitchen window is 8 metres long and 4 metres high and occupies the entire sea facing wall.

With its modern units, central island and large dining table it is both a sociable and comfortable place to cook, dine and relax.

Bedrooms

The house have five large bedrooms all en-suite. Between them they contain four king size and three single beds. The large bedroom also contains a sofa bed in case the need arises.

All en-suites contain a toilet, washhand basin, and shower. The main bathroom contains a toilet, wash-hand basin, and bath.

First Floor

The first floor comprises the largest bedroom of the house with spectacular views out to the sea.

This room makes an ideal family room as it contains a sofa bed which means there is room for an extra two people.

Garden & Beach

The large garden leads down to the beach and features a sheltered seating area which is great for eating outside and barbecues.

The floor to ceiling glass windows on the kitchen and large windows on the family room make the garden feel like part of the house.
