Ground Floor

Front entrance is at the top of the image leading into the hallway and through to the open plan kitchen and dining area, then down a couple of steps to the ground floor family room.

Kitchen – Dining Area

This is a very spacious area with large dining table and counter area for four people overlooking a recessed living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes extras for your added convenience. You can entertain and relax in this homely area at the same time.

Recessed Family Room

Three steps down from the kitchen/dining area is the very cosy living room with one wall in warm brick and solid fuel cast-iron stove.

Extra large patio doors open out onto a large paved patio area and landscaped garden complete with table and gas bar-b-cue, making this an ideal place to relax and view the magnificent Burren landscape as the sun makes its way round this side of the house.

Bedrooms

Tastefully decorated in contrasting styles, there are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. Both these bedrooms are ensuite with high-quality orthopedic beds.

First Floor

The first floor features an additional family room, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom.

The second family room is great if you want some extra space to lounge around, or you can have the kids in one room and the adults in another!

It features large windows looking out over the fabulous view.

Family Room

The raised stone fireplace features a modern stove, and the comfy leather sofas make this a great place to relax in the afternoon after a long walk, or in the evenings after a meal at the local seafood restaurant.

Bedrooms

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. A large double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with 2 single beds.

There is also a large bathroom serving the bedrooms without en-suites.

Second Floor

The top floor features 2 more bedrooms – a double and a twin. Both bedrooms feature Velux windows providing great views and lots of natural light.

There is also a WC on this floor with a toilet and washbasin.

Garden

The house is set in the middle of a large garden that circles the property. It features an outdoor seating area to enjoy barbecues and more than enough space for the kids to play games and run around.
